Returns & Refunds (14 Days)

We accept returns for standard, non-customised PCs (Foundry One, One+, Core, Core+, Fury, Fury+) within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• The PC must be returned in its original condition, with no damage or modifications
• All original packaging, cables, and accessories must be included
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a full refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are not available on PCs that have been custom modified after delivery (e.g. new GPU, liquid cooling, part swaps), unless there’s a confirmed hardware fault.

 1-Year Hardware Guarantee

All VoltFoundry PCs come with a 1-year hardware guarantee. That means every part inside your PC is covered for faults under normal use conditions.

If something goes wrong in that time:

• We’ll help diagnose the issue remotely
• If it’s a faulty part, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you
• You’re always welcome to get in touch — we’ll help however we can

This guarantee covers hardware faults only. It doesn’t cover:

• Damage from misuse, spills, physical damage, or user-installed parts
• Software issues (e.g. corrupted games, viruses, or settings)
